For us, every employee, every consumer, every potential environmental impact of our activities, and every promise we make, matters.
In our daily work, we follow the principles of occupational safety and well-being. To support this, we have introduced the “Health is Wealth” program, which includes various events and activities to raise awareness among our employees about the importance of maintaining good health. It doesn’t matter whether you work in production, in an office, or on a farm – we support your active lifestyle and, as a team, also take part in major public sports events.

Our employees’ career stories showcase the many opportunities available within the organization. You always have the option to advance internally – and in different directions.
